DigiTimes sources say that OmniVision has secured 5 megapixel CIS orders for the next generation iPhone.
OmniVision provides the 3.2 megapixel CIS orders for the iPhone 3GS beating out Aptina Imaging which supplied the 2 megapixel CIS solution for the iPhone 3G.
The company is expecting orders for the CMOS image sensor to grow to 40-45 million units in 2010 from the 20-21 million estimated this year.

would be nice.. Plus one of those 1ghz processors mentioned shortly after the 3gs was released. add 512mb of RAM, high capasity battery, background task, and you've got yourself a absolute AMAZING phone. No errors except for Apple's tight control on the content in the AppStore
