Parrot has introduced the AR.Drone, a WiFi-enabled remote control helicopter controlled by an iPhone or iPod touch.
The quadricopter won't be available until sometime in 2010. It will feature intuitive and friendly piloting, ultrasound sensors for altitude control, a vertical camera to measure speed and enable static flight, a removable expended polypropylene hull, an embedded accelerometer & gyroscope, as well as, automatic take off and landing.
