Apple temporarily released the third beta of the iPhone 3.2 SDK for iPad which contains a new Camera tab in the Photos app.
The 3.2 SDK was released last month alongside the iPad introduction and was updated to Beta 2 around two weeks ago.
According to MacRumors Apple pulled the Beta 3 release shortly after its initial release due to a major bug.
Some early downloaders have already managed to post a screenshots. 9to5Mac posted a screenshot of the newly included Photos app and Mac4Ever posted a screenshot showing a Camera tab in the same application.
Rumors speculating that the iPad was supposed to and could still have a camera have been running rampant since the device was unveiled last month.

No camera. This is for images imported from cameras, most likely with those direct-connection adapters they are going to sell as an accessory.
