GV Mobile + Update Fixes Several Issues

Sean Kovacs has updated GV Mobile + to version 2.1.00, fixing several issues with the application.

GV Mobile allows users of Google Voice to:
* dial numbers via the iPhone address book or typing on the keypad
* dial from your in-app favorites
* full SMS support (view historic, reply, send new) with landscape keyboard support
* retrieve and delete recent call history
* playback and delete voicemails
* view voicemail transcriptions
* take calls from your different call forwarding phones (phone other than your iPhone)
* enable or disable the phones that Google Voice forwards calls to
* add, edit, or delete phones that Google Voice forwards call to
* offline dial support - no connection to the internet? No problem!
* enable or disable do not disturb
* change call screening and call presentation settings
* toggle between multiple accounts with ease!
* variety of data sync methods


What's New In This Version:
* Fixed issue where not all of a SMS message would show if the message was very, very long
* Fixed issue where editing a 'Phone to ring' would cause the app to crash/close
* Fixed the damn icon (I think)
* Added a force refresh of Google settings after a user switches accounts within the app
* Fixed an issue where the app would crash when clicking on the History tab
