A new version of PwnageTool has been released and is available through automatic update!
The following press release was posted on the iPhone Dev Teams site.
----- The DevTeam would like to announce the release of the 1.1 version of the PwnageTool application. The application will automatically update from 1.0 to 1.1 using the inbuilt application updater.
Changes and fixes:- - EDGE settings fix for iPhone 1.1.4 firmware - iPhone/iPod firmware 2.0 5A240d support
New Features - Added custom package support - Added custom logo support - Added auto delete of BootNeuter.app
The application can be downloaded directly from http://xs1.iphwn.org/appcast/PwnageTool_1.1.zip
Certain portions of PwnageTool will be released under the GPL, the first being iPhone Firmware Tool. Expect to see the source code for iPhone Firmware Tool posted on the iphone-devteam google code page within 48 hours of this release. Further source code releases will follow in good time. -----

Patience is difficult... And an easy way to install OpenSSH etc sounds great. I downloaded the pwnage-update, but now I'm in doubt whether I should run it.
Do you basically have to run the whole procedure, as if it you are installing it for the first time? And will all data (music, iCal, contacts, etc) be save, or do you have to sync that all over?
