Apple Shares 'Silo' Season 3 Teaser, Sets Premiere for July 3 [Video]

Apple has released a first look teaser for the third season of "Silo," previewing the next chapter ahead of its premiere. The dystopian sci-fi drama, starring and executive produced by Rebecca Ferguson, will return globally on Friday, July 3, 2026.



The 10-episode season will launch with its first episode, followed by new installments every Friday through September 4. The return of the hit series anchors a packed summer slate for the streaming service, arriving just weeks before the second season of the sci-fi thriller Dark Matter makes its debut. Apple has already confirmed that "Silo" will conclude with a fourth and final season.


Created by Graham Yost and based on Hugh Howey's bestselling trilogy, the third season continues the story across two timelines. In the present, Juliette Nichols survives her forced cleaning but returns with memory loss as the underground society recovers from a rebellion and faces a dangerous new threat. Concurrently, the story explores the "Before Times," where journalist Helen Drew and Congressman Daniel Keene uncover a conspiracy that sets off a chain of catastrophic events.

Ferguson leads an expanding ensemble cast. New additions for season three include Jessica Henwick and Ashley Zukerman, who both briefly appeared in the season two finale. They are joined by Laura Innes, Jessica Brown Findlay, Morven Christie, Reed Birney, Matt Craven, and Colin Hanks, who is set to recur. Returning actors also include Common, Steve Zahn, Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, Avi Nash, Rick Gomez, Alexandria Riley, Shane McRae, Remmie Milner, Billy Postlethwaite, and Clare Perkins.

"Silo" is produced by Apple Studios. Yost serves as showrunner and executive produces alongside Michael Dinner, Nina Jack, Joanna Thapa, Ferguson, Morten Tyldum, and Howey. The first two seasons are currently available to stream on Apple TV+.
