Clear iSpot Gets Discontinued

Posted December 30, 2010 at 11:05pm by iClarified
Clear has discontinued its iSpot, a personal hotspot with dedicated support for Apple's devices, only five months after its introduction.

The iSpot was supposed to be exclusively for Apple mobile products; however, it was promptly hacked. It's unclear why exactly the device has been discontinued but if you want one Clear retail stores are still selling remaining stock.

The iSpot has an MSRP of $99.99 and users can get unlimited (6GB) 4G data usage for a monthly service plan of $25 without a required term contract.
