Apple has released iOS 7.0.1 for the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c ahead of their launch release on Friday.
Also, iOS 7.0 is now live for all to download via Software Update. More information on that release can be found here.

Well they need to release another update for the iPad 4th gen too because I'm getting glitches and a terrible lag while typing.
The keypad freezes and it takes me forever to enter any text!!!

yours says up to date because you probably running iOS 7 Beta, Any way you don't want to upgrade from your device to much junk stays over from your older firmware. Only upgrade from the new iTunes that just came out! it's a clean restore ( Do a backup & restore ), and if you want to jailbreak ( if it will ever come out ), only a clean restore will work or recommended by all the jailbreak teams.

Yeah right, they should have you as their technical advisor as to when they should release updates and when they should not..
