Most people cant read my handwriting so I don't expect a computer to do so, but for me I can type quicker than I can write. I will sign my signature on a tablet but other than that I don't see it. At least here in Florida in public schools they no longer teach cursive handwriting so that might help with computers recongnizing written text when we no longer have a generation of kids who can't write in cursive.

You would be surprised by how well the tablet PC input panel in Windows 7 can correctly turn sloppy letters written with the mouse. I'm not sure about earlier operating systems.

Absolutely... Paper tablet. I dreamed of that years ago. Why are we still not able to do so on this day and time?
