Apple's newly announced second-generation AirTag is now available to order on Amazon. The updated tracker arrives with significant hardware improvements while maintaining the same $29 starting price as its predecessor.
The new AirTag moves to Apple's second-generation Ultra Wideband chip, the same silicon found in the iPhone 17 and Apple Watch Ultra 3. This upgrade extends the range of Precision Finding by up to 50 percent. The device also features a reworked internal design that makes the speaker louder and easier to hear. Additionally, Precision Finding is now supported directly on the Apple Watch for Series 9 and Ultra 2 models or later.
