Bank of America and Citigroup are reportedly testing to see if the iPhone will be approved for employee use, according to a BusinessWeek report.
Bank of America Corp. and Citigroup Inc. are considering whether to let employees use the Apple Inc. phone as an alternative to Research In Motion Ltd.s BlackBerry for corporate e-mail, said three people familiar with the plans. The banks are testing software for the iPhone thats designed to make it secure enough for company messages, said the people, who didnt want to be named because the plans arent public.
This is yet another report of Apple moving further into enterprise. Late last month it enlisted Unisys Corp to help support business and government agencies that have purchased Apple devices.

They will be using Good Technology to secure the phones. I just launched iPhones and iPads in my company today. Good allowed us to stay HIPPA compliant. The issue with launching the devices is the damn training. It's a nightmare
