iPhone 5 prototypes with a metal back and larger screen have reportedly been spotted at Foxconn, according to 9to5Mac.
Although some reports claim the iPhone 5 will adopt a curved metal back, our source says models have been floating around with a flat metal back. The material of this metal is unspecified. Our brains say aluminum but our hearts wonder if this could be Liquid Metal.
The next major enhancement is said to be a larger display. An enhanced screen for the next-iPhone has been rumored, but an exact screen size has only been pinpointed by Digitimes (4 inches). Our sources do not have precise screen measurements for the iPhone 5 but are certain that it appears to be larger than the one found on the iPhone 4.
9to5Mac sources say the iPhone 5 is soon going into the normal mass production stages.
Who cares. I am not going to buy any product of apple. Such as iphone 4. I m holding 3gs & its my last unless if apple wanna make a 3gs type model. I am planing to buy android this coming jul.
I'm getting tired of this kind of comments, did you read the goddamn description? It says VERY clear: [Sticker for iPhone 4], It's an illustrative picture, since its a rumor...
I have that cover too. Funny thing is I first found the website to order that cover from an article on iclarified. It is identical to the one pictured and only cost $14.99
I changed the back of my iphone 4g and my girl's as well.
She has the pink brushed metal bevel instead of the silver one shown in the picture.
These products were once available for purchase at voback.com until Apple sent a cease and desist letter to the company. the voback team were using the Apple logo without permission.
