A hacker group called CDTEAM has released their hack of Siri named H1Siri and their implementation of SiriProxy on GitHub.
H1Siri was released back in December; however, it was immediately shut down after their servers were quickly overwhelmed and the hack gained widespread criticism for using unlicensed code.
Since that time Chpwn and Ryan Petrich have released Spire, a new tool for installing Siri on previously unsupported but jailbroken devices; however, it requires your own SiriProxy server to work.

This is good news, but where is the working and updated version of H1Siri? No updates on Google about it either.

Are people still recommending NOT using this service due to not knowing where your information flows through? Just curious bc I'd like to use Siri on the ip4, but also to know that my info is safe...

the point of them posting the code was so you can run the service yourself therefore insuring your data is safe.
