CallerID Fix Collection v1.1 for iPhone 2.2

Frank8 has released a new version of his CallerID Fix Collection for iPhones running the 2.2 firmware.

The patch now uses the "Last N Digits Matches", that means it only checks for the last 7 digits, as Nokia does. This is to prevent operators prefix.
