Apple has seeded the fourth developer beta of macOS Tahoe 26.5 for testing.
The latest build, 25F5068a, arrives alongside the fourth round of betas for iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS, and follows the release of the third beta last week.
Apple has not shared detailed release notes for this build, and no major new features have surfaced so far. The update appears focused on performance improvements and bug fixes. It comes after the recent public release of macOS Tahoe 26.4.1, which addressed minor bugs and network filter issues.
The generative AI upgrades for Siri are not included in this beta. Those features are expected to arrive in a future major update, likely with macOS 27 later this year.
We're installing the update now and will report back if any notable changes are discovered.
Registered developers can download the new beta by navigating to System Settings, clicking General, and selecting Software Update. The full restore image is also available through the Apple Developer Center for clean installations.
