The iPhone Dev-Team has released a PwnageTool bundle to jailbreak the new Apple TV 4.3 (4.22) build 8F305 firmware.
Apple released a minor update to iOS 4.3 for AppleTV2G (the IPSW name still says 4.3, but the build version changed from 8F202 to 8F305). @i0n1c was once again able to quickly port his original 4.3.1 untether (the exploit that wouldn’t die!) to this version.
If you do feel like updating to the "new" 4.3, you’ll need to drop this bundle into the correct folder in PwnageTool.app. If you don’t know how to do that, there are lots of tutorials on the web, and we’d be glad to help in the comments below.

You can download the bundle here. Then follow the same steps as this tutorial.

Hi, I have 2 of the Apple TV (2) I guess the small black one.. Anyway Can someone tell me how to jailbreak it ( I have watched videos and it is a pain to press all the buttons) then once I do it and it looks like it is jailbroken I have to unplug the usb cable and plug in the hdmi cable and it wants to reboot and then it looses the jailbreak.. I use my apple tv on my tv that is far away from my computer so i have to unplug it and everythign to get it back to the tv.. Help

great. Now can someone PLEASE Work on an unlock software for the iPhone4 (from the USA with firmware 03.10.04..and others). It's been over six months now and still holding a useless iPhone 4 that I cannot use to make calls.
Should I give up and sell it for peanuts or is there hope/ light at the end of the tunnel?
does anyone know?

I no how u feel Ozman...thats the reason I switched from T-mobile to ATT was paying like $150 including unlimited data w/Tmobile .....thats with 3 iphones...but I cant stand the wait for the unlock to come out...
I am only paying $15 more with my corporate discount...
If I were you I would switch man..dont have to worry about any updates ..any bullshit baseband..ATT is acquiring t-mobile anyways..Unlocks will be useless in the USA
