Apple today released iOS 4.3.5 which similar to iOS 4.3.4 will block the recent jailbreak released by comex. Do not update if you want to remain jailbroken.
If you have a device other than the iPad 2 and have not already saved your iOS 4.3.3 SHSH Blobs you can use iFaith to save them. You can find instructions on how to do that here.
If you want to jailbreak but haven't yet, you can find instructions on how to jailbreak here.

doesn't matter where and how you saved your shsh, you CAN NOT restore back to it. cauz its all controlled by apple. YOU WILL BE STOCK ON RECOVERY MODE. its all useless...!!! buy a factory unlock iPhone...

I read that this update disables your Hotspot capability.
Has anyone had that problem? I bought an iPad Wi-Fi only because of this capability....

iFaith does not work on the iPad 2: The iPad 2 will not work because it is not susceptible to Limera1n. A jailbreak is not needed for this.

I tried iFaith with iPod4 and iPhone4, it always stuck in dfu mode, tried TU and RecoverFix without success.

iFaith is useless because even if it's saved SHSH you will not be able to restore it successfully, the device will stuck on DFU Mode.

Ok, I am confused. Did you mean 4.3.4 or 4.3.3? I have an iPad (origional) and last week I upgraded it to 4.3.4 from 4.3.2 after forgetting to save the 4.3.3 SHSH Blobs and being told that Apple isn't signing 4.3.3 anymore.
Is apple still signing 4.3.3? and If so, being on 4.3.4, can I somehow save the 4.3.3 SHSH Blobs? Tiny Umbrella didn't seem to save them for me.

No pal, you screwed it up. No way to get SHSHs for older versions of iOS.
