The popular Simpsons: Tapped Out game for iOS has received a new 'Treehouse of Horror' update.

The Treehouse of Horrors update is here and it’s out of this world! Aliens have arrived in Springfield with plans to attack! Uncover their plot and save your town! At least until the government finds out and covers this all up.

Highlights:
● Squish the alien invaders and collect probes, ray guns and more to earn special prizes
● Trick-or-treat with more characters than ever and craft unique limited time items
● Compete with your friends on NEW LEADERBOARDS and see who can squish the most aliens

What's New In This Version:

Ok EA i downloaded the new version last nite 10/7/14 the game worked alright i guess. Now when i woke up this morning 10/08/14 the game wont even launch, just blank off an back to my home screen. I'm very frustrated it is now 10/09/14 (7:03 am) its been over 24hrs since I've been able to tap in my Springfield. How long until u fix the problem? Some one plz tell me What should i do?

Works fine for me. I couldn't see anything to tap at other Springfield's until the quest started with Lisa, after that all is good.

This is ridiculous. I do the update for the new version of Tapped out and now my friends don't load and it states Facebook isn't supported on this device. And I cannot play in other Springfield. What's the deal?????? You would think with new releases, they would test it to see if it worked.

I agree this new game is crap. I cant do my friends like before. Ppl that comes out with new games needs to make sure it works 1st.
