Apple has announced that the white iPhone 4 will be delayed yet another time.
White models of Apples new iPhone® 4 have continued to be more challenging to manufacture than we originally expected, and as a result they will not be available until later this year. The availability of the more popular iPhone 4 black models is not affected.
It is thought that challenges faced by Apple's glass supplier, Lens Technology, are responsible for the delays.

I suspect the delay is caused by a design change. That is, to resolve antenna issue. Until then, the white iPhones will not go into production.

Wowwww so glad I didn't wait. They really screwed up this time. The black model is only "more popular" because it is the only colorway availible.
