Apple has seeded iOS 8 beta 5 to developers for download and testing.
The update is available for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch via Software Update on your device or via the iOS Dev Center. It weighs in at 272MB for the iPhone 5s.

Terribly bad.. had to get back to iOS 7.. tons of lag, crashing, for example navigations for car was crashing instantly after selecting route.. even music player lags.. lets just hope they will optimize it in the final beta.

Only a few tweaks, and that handoff stopped working making phone calls from my MacBook Pro and iPad Air

How many times does it have to be said, this is a whatsapp problem! It won't be fixed until the final release when Whatsapp is updated.
