hi i have an i phone 3gs, previously jailbraked. tried to update ios as i was unaware i couldnt do this and had to pay to apparently downgrade and unlock, its now on 4.1 but im again locked out my phone, can i use these programs and which one thanks

I'm just throwing this out there to some of the people asking about unlocking 4s. You need to do more reading. Don't just download some software because you think or hope it's going to unlock your device. you may end up with a bricked phone until you do more research to find out what you've done wrong if you act before learning. Here's a start: google your iphone's model and baseband and find out if it can be unlocked. Also, if it can be done then you can do it. There is no real need to pay someone to do it unless if you cannot be bothered, but then be careful who you trust with your device.

david there is no jailbrk yet for ios 6 and the iphone 5 yet it will be coming out soon as grant paul aka chpwn the ios hacker has claimed to have jailbrkn it but will release it sometime next month.. so if possible do upgrade to ios 6 or if u have check to see if u have ur shsh blobs to restore it back to 5.1.1 and then jailbrk it back coz the ios 5.1.1 signing window will close soon. :-P peace.

You will need to upgrade ur baseband to the ipad base band and then jailbreak and install ultrasnow and u should be fine, i did it on mine and it worked amazing
